What movies can be used with the certificate?

Certificates are valid for any movies except:

- alternative content shows (theater, opera, ballet, concerts);

- movies in IMAX, IMAX Laser, and Screen-X formats.

In which cinemas can I use the certificate?

Certificates are valid in cinemas in the following cities:

- Dnipro

- Lviv

- Poltava

- Khmelnytskyi

- Chernihiv

- Zhytomyr

- Kryvyi Rih

- Mykolaiv

- Kharkiv (excluding the Multiplex cinema in the Nikolsky shopping mall)

- Uzhhorod.

Certificate expiration date

New Year's certificates for seats in the Good and SuperLux categories are valid until February 20, 2025, inclusive.

What does the certificate look like?

After purchase, wait for an email with the certificate code for 2 tickets.

We know you're great without us, but just in case, we include a brief guide.

How to purchase a ticket online using a certificate:

- choose a movie and a seat in the hall;

- enter the certificate code when purchasing online in the "Promo Code" field and check the box to apply it;

- if you have several tickets in the booking, enter the same certificate code in the "Promo Code" field for each ticket.

How to purchase a ticket using a certificate at the cinema box office:

- choose a movie and a seat in the hall;

- provide the certificate number to the cashier or simply show it to them.

Please note that tickets purchased using certificates cannot be refunded. 

The certificate for 2 tickets for seats in the GOOD category is valid only for seats in the GOOD category (standard comfortable seats) and cannot be used for seats with elevated comfort (LUX, SUPERLUX) and Chill Out.

The certificate for 2 tickets for seats in the SuperLux category is valid only for seats with elevated comfort (LUX, SUPERLUX) and cannot be used for seats in the GOOD category (standard comfortable seats) and Chill Out.

 During an emergency evacuation, the activated promo code will automatically be restored, and you can use it again.
