Army+80

As part of a new initiative, Multiplex, together with the Army+ application, is launching a special tariff «Army+80» to give military personnel an opportunity to relax and enjoy watching their favorite movies at a symbolic cost — only 80 hryvnias.

The «Army+80» tariff is a special offer exclusively available for users with promo codes provided to registered users of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine’s mobile application Army+.

The promo code within this campaign is a barcode that can only be used at the cinema box office. Online usage or any other remote method is not available.
The promo code is displayed as a barcode in the Army+ application’s section: Services – Perks – Multiplex.

The promo code under this campaign allows the purchase of one ticket at Multiplex cinemas (excluding Multiplex cinemas in TSUM Mall and Karavan Mall in Kyiv) for any session in the Good category for watching a movie at the price of 80 UAH.

Rules for using promo codes to activate the «Army+80» tariff:

The right to activate the «Army+80» tariff is granted by the barcode available to users in the Army+ application.
During one calendar month, Army+ application users can receive no more than 2 (two) barcodes. Each barcode is valid until the last day of the month in which the barcode was generated.

The barcode gives the owner the right to purchase a ticket at the special «Army+80» tariff for the Good category seats exclusively at the cinema box office, within the validity period of the barcode.

How to generate a barcode:

A military personnel must install and authorize in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine’s Army+ application.
In the application section "Services," select the category "Perks."
Choose the partner tab "Multiplex."
Accept the "Privacy Policy" conditions.
Press the "Generate Code" button.

To activate the promotional tariff, it is sufficient to present the barcode from the Army+ application to the cinema cashier.
One barcode allows the purchase of only one ticket.
Tickets and fiscal receipts for promotional tariff purchases must be kept until the end of the session.
The «Army+80» tariff applies to any sessions showing movies, including pre-premiere screenings, premieres on the opening weekend, and alternative content sessions.
The tariff does not apply to concerts, sports competitions, private and corporate events, as well as movies in the Imax format or Screen X format, and is valid in the cinemas listed in point 12 of these Rules.
In case of a session cancellation due to an air raid alert or cinema-related issues, ticket holders must contact the cinema box office and present their fiscal receipt. A new barcode will be issued and a refund request will be initiated. Refund processing may take up to 14 days.
Unused barcodes from the respective month will not be transferred to the next calendar month.
Regional validity of the tariff: Multiplex cinema network, excluding Multiplex cinemas in TSUM Mall and Karavan Mall in Kyiv.
If difficulties arise with barcode generation and/or incorrect barcode displays in the application, and/or access interruption to the application, users must contact the Army+ application support service.

Campaign duration: Until March 1, 2026 (inclusive) and may be extended at Multiplex’s discretion.

Liability disclaimer:

- Multiplex bears no responsibility for any malfunctions in the Army+ application, improper placement/display of barcodes in the application, unauthorized access to barcodes by third parties, or the sharing of barcodes by Army+ users with third parties;

- All complaints from registered users of the Army+ application regarding the placement/display of promotional barcodes in the application should be directed to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and will be handled by them as the application’s owner;

- Multiplex does not perform identification or verification of Army+ application users when presenting barcodes for activation.

There is a single price for movie tickets for military personnel.
