Army+80

As part of the new initiative, Multiplex, in collaboration with the Army+ app, is launching a special tariff "Army+80" to give military personnel the opportunity to rest and enjoy watching their favorite movies at a symbolic price — only 80 UAH.

The "Army+80" tariff is a special tariff set exclusively for promo code holders provided to registered users of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Army+ mobile app.

You can use the promo code within this initiative only at the cinema's ticket office. It is not possible to use the promo code online or in any other remote way.
The promo code is displayed in the form of a barcode in the Army+ app section: Services - Plus Features - Multiplex.

The promo code within this initiative allows purchasing one ticket in Multiplex cinemas (except Multiplex cinemas in TSUM Shopping Mall and Karavan Shopping Mall in Kyiv city) for any session in the Good category seating to watch a movie at a price of 80 UAH.

Rules for using promo codes to activate the "Army+80" tariff:

The right to activate the "Army+80" tariff is granted by a barcode found in the Army+ app for users.
Within one calendar month, Army+ app users can receive no more than 2 (two) barcodes. Each barcode is valid until the last day of the calendar month it was generated in.

The barcode grants its owner the right to purchase one ticket for the promotional "Army+80" tariff to sit in Good category seating, exclusively at the cinema ticket office, within its validity period.

How to generate a barcode:

The servicemember needs to install and log into the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Army+ app.
In the app section "Services," select the "Plus Features" category.
Choose the partner tab "Multiplex."
Accept the "Privacy Policy" conditions.
Click the "Generate Code" button.

To activate the promotional tariff, simply present the generated barcode from the Army+ app to the cinema cashier.
One barcode grants the right to purchase only one ticket.
The ticket and the fiscal receipt for the ticket purchased under the promotional tariff must be kept until the movie session ends.
The "Army+80" tariff applies to all movie sessions, including pre-premiere shows, first-weekend premieres, and sessions of alternative content.
In case of session cancellation for which a ticket has been purchased using the barcode, due to an air raid alert or cinema fault, you need to contact the cinema's ticket office and present the fiscal receipt. The ticket holder with the fiscal receipt will be issued a new barcode, and a refund request will be processed. The refund period takes up to 14 days.
Unused barcodes from the corresponding month do not carry over to the next calendar month.
Tariff coverage: Multiplex cinema chain, excluding Multiplex cinemas in TSUM Shopping Mall and Karavan Shopping Mall in Kyiv city.
If issues arise with barcode generation, incorrect barcode display in the app, or loss of app access, the app user should contact the Army+ customer support service.

Promotion Period: until March 1, 2026 (inclusive), which may be extended by Multiplex's decision.

- Multiplex is not responsible for any malfunctions in the Army+ app, improper placement (display) of barcodes in the app, third-party access to users' barcodes of the Army+ app, or for any transfer of barcodes to third parties by Army+ users;

- All complaints regarding the placement (display) of promotional barcodes in the app by registered users must be addressed to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and resolved by them as the app's owner;

- Multiplex does not conduct identity verification or establish the identity of Army+ app users when presenting barcodes for activation.

There is a single price for movie tickets for military personnel.
