Army+60

As part of a new initiative, Multiplex, together with the Army+ app, is launching a special tariff "Army+60" to offer military personnel the chance to relax and enjoy their favorite movies at a symbolic price — only 60 UAH.

The "Army+60" tariff is a special rate exclusively available to owners of promo codes provided to registered users of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine’s Army+ mobile application.

Within the framework of this campaign, the promo code is a barcode that can only be redeemed at the cinema's box office. Online or remote usage of the promo code is not supported.
The promo code is displayed as a barcode in the Army+ app under the section: Services - Extras – Multiplex.

The promo code under this campaign allows the holder to purchase one ticket at Multiplex cinemas (except Multiplex cinemas in TSUM and Karavan shopping malls in Kyiv) for any screening in the "Good" category seats for the price of 60 UAH.

Rules for using promo codes to activate the "Army+60" tariff:

The right to activate the "Army+60" tariff is granted by a barcode available to users in the Army+ app.
Within one calendar month, users of the Army+ app can obtain no more than 2 (two) barcodes. Each barcode is valid until the last day of the calendar month in which the barcode was generated.

Each barcode entitles its holder to purchase one ticket at the promotional "Army+60" rate for "Good" category seats exclusively at the cinema's box office within the barcode's validity period.

How to generate a barcode:

The servicemember must install and log into the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine’s Army+ app.
In the app's "Services" section, select the "Extras" category.
Choose the "Multiplex" partner tab.
Accept the terms of the "Privacy Policy."
Click the "Generate Code" button.

To activate the promotional tariff, simply present the barcode from the Army+ app to the cinema box office clerk.
One barcode allows the purchase of only one ticket.
The ticket and receipt for purchasing the ticket at the promotional rate must be retained until the end of the screening.
The "Army+60" tariff applies to any screenings of movies, including pre-premiere screenings, premiere screenings during the first weekend, and alternative content screenings.
The tariff does not apply to concert broadcasts, sports event screenings, private or corporate events, IMAX format films, or ScreenX format films. The tariff is valid in cinemas listed under section 12 of these Rules.
In case of the screening being canceled due to an air raid warning or a fault of the cinema, it is necessary to go to the cinema's box office and present the receipt. A new barcode will be issued to the ticket holder following the receipt, and they can submit a refund request. The refund period is up to 14 days.
Unused barcodes within a given month do not roll over to the next calendar month.
Tariff region: the Multiplex cinema chain, excluding Multiplex cinemas in TSUM and Karavan shopping malls in Kyiv.
If you encounter difficulties generating barcodes, incorrect barcode display in the app, or loss of access to the app, the user should contact the Army+ app support service.

Campaign duration: Until August 1, 2025 (inclusive) and may be extended at the discretion of Multiplex.

Liability disclaimer:

- Multiplex is not responsible for any disruptions in the functioning of the Army+ app, improper placement (display) of barcodes in the app, unauthorized access to user barcodes by third parties obtained through the Army+ app, or the transmission of barcodes to third parties by users of Army+;

- All complaints from registered users of the Army+ app regarding the display or placement of promotional barcodes within the app must be addressed to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and resolved by them as the app owner;

- Multiplex does not perform identification or verification of Army+ app users when barcodes are presented for activation.

There is a single price for movie tickets for military personnel.
