Army+60

As part of the new initiative, Multiplex together with the Army+ app, we are launching a special tariff «Army+60» to give military personnel the opportunity to relax and enjoy watching their favorite movies at a symbolic price — only 60 hryvnias.

The «Army+60» tariff is a special rate exclusively available to promo code holders assigned to registered users of the Army+ mobile application from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The promo code under this campaign is a barcode that can only be used at the cinema box office. Online or remote use of the promo code is not provided.
The promo code is displayed as a barcode in the Army+ app section: Services - Pluses – Multiplex.

The promo code under this campaign allows you to purchase one ticket at Multiplex cinema chain theaters (excluding Multiplex cinemas in TSUM shopping center and Caravan shopping center in Kyiv) for any session at Good category seats (excluding IMAX formats) to watch a movie for the price of 60 UAH.

Rules for using promo codes to activate the «Army+60» tariff:

The right to activate the tariff «Army+60» is granted by the barcode placed in the Army+ app for users.
During one calendar month, users of the Army+ app can receive no more than 2 (two) barcodes. Each barcode is valid until the last day of the calendar month in which it was generated.

The barcode gives its owner the right to purchase a ticket at the promotional tariff «Army+60» once during its validity period, for Good category seats exclusively at the cinema box office.

How to generate a barcode:

The serviceman must install and log in to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense Army+ application.
In the app section "Services" select the category "Pluses".
Select the partner tab "Multiplex".
Accept the terms: "Privacy Policy".
Click the "Generate Code" button.

To activate the promotional tariff, you need to present the barcode from the Army+ app to the cinema cashier.
One barcode grants the right to purchase only one ticket.
The ticket and the fiscal receipt for the promotional tariff ticket should be kept until the end of the session.
The «Army+60» tariff applies to any sessions where movies are shown, including premieres, pre-release screenings during the first weekend, and alternative content sessions.
The tariff does not apply to concerts, sports broadcasts, private and corporate events, as well as films in IMAX or Screen X formats and operates in cinemas specified in point 12 of these rules.
In case of cancellation of the session for which the ticket was purchased using the barcode due to an air alert or fault of the cinema, you need to contact the cinema box office and present the fiscal receipt. The ticket holder with the fiscal receipt will be issued a new barcode and an application for a refund will be processed. The refund period is up to 14 days.
Unused barcodes in the respective month do not roll over to the next calendar month.
Region of tariff applicability: Multiplex cinema network, except Multiplex cinemas in TSUM shopping center and Caravan shopping center in Kyiv.
If there are difficulties generating barcodes and/or incorrect display of barcodes in the app, and/or access to the app is interrupted, the app user should contact the Army+ support service.

Campaign period: until December 31, 2025 (inclusive) and may be extended by a decision of Multiplex.

Disclaimer of responsibility:

- Multiplex is not responsible for any malfunctions in the Army+ app, improper placement (display) of barcodes in the app, unauthorized access by third parties to users' barcodes in the Army+ app, or transfer of barcodes to third parties by Army+ users;

- All claims from registered users of the Army+ app regarding the placement (display) of promotional barcodes within it must be addressed to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and resolved by it as the owner of the application;

- Multiplex does not identify or verify users of the Army+ app when presenting barcodes for activation.

There is a single price for movie tickets for military personnel.
