Plot

1970s. Andriy Dovzhenko - a young, creative, and ambitious person, faces a terrible truth. After receiving the label of "anti-Soviet element" for his love of banned Western rock music in the USSR and falling into the clutches of the cruel Soviet system, he finds out that the majority of people accused of the same crime are not sent to prison but to special psychiatric hospitals, receiving a fake diagnosis of "sluggish schizophrenia" invented in the KGB offices. Andriy finds himself in a true hell of punitive psychiatry. He is faced with a difficult choice - to collaborate with the KGB and return to his family or challenge the system by taking the path of fighting against it.
