Plot

The storyline of "Fantastic Four: First Steps" unfolds against the backdrop of a dynamic retro-futuristic world inspired by the aesthetics of the 1960s.

At the center of the story is the First Family of Marvel: Reed Richards / Mister Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm / Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby), Johnny Storm / Human Torch (Joseph Quinn), and Ben Grimm / Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach). They face their toughest challenge yet: balancing their heroic duties with family ties. The quartet must protect Earth from the insatiable cosmic god Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his enigmatic herald, the Silver Surfer (Julia Garner). But when Galactus's plan to consume the planet and all its inhabitants takes on a surprisingly personal twist, their struggle becomes even more intense.
