Plot

After the horrors of Vietnam, Jonathan Teller returns home, but the war has not left him. Every day and every night become a battle with the darkness within—ghosts of the past, eerie hallucinations, and an overwhelming sense of guilt blur the line between reality and nightmare. Standing on the brink of his own suicide, he accidentally encounters something that changes everything, forcing him to face the demons hiding not only within him but also in the world around him. Darkness and silence turn into mortal threats, and the faintest sound can blossom into terror. Every step, every night—is a trial where the boundaries between life and death, between real and imaginary completely vanish, and Jonathan is forced to find the strength within himself to survive his own nightmare.
