Plot

Elizabeth Sparkle (played by Demi Moore) is a true superstar and the owner of an Oscar who hosts an incredibly popular fitness show, until the producer decides it's time for her "retirement." And then "Substance" appears in Elizabeth's life - a mysterious cell-replicating drug that temporarily creates a younger, better version of a person.
