Plot

1990 - Ruth, a neurotic journalist from New York, takes her charmingly stubborn father Edek, who survived the Holocaust, on a journey to Poland to unravel her family's past. Edek's hesitation to confront his past and his often strange behavior cause many disagreements between him and his daughter.
