Plot

Nice Ladies - a cheerleading team from Kharkiv that breaks stereotypes about older women. Each member of the team is 50+, with the oldest being 75 years old. Before the full-scale invasion, they participated in various competitions, competing against much younger girls in the "25+" category, won the title of Ukrainian champions, performed on the stage of "Ukraine's Got Talent," and were preparing to conquer the European Championship. However, on February 24, their plans were interrupted by the war. Part of the team was forced to evacuate abroad, while others remained in their native Kharkiv and continued training even under shelling. The distance and different war experiences create tension within the team, leading to disagreements between those who left and those who stayed. Will they be able to maintain their sisterhood and perform together again despite everything?
