Plot

The film that millions of fans around the world have been waiting for is the debut in cinema by the legendary The Weeknd! The idea for the movie came after a real-life nightmare experience that The Weeknd went through on stage, making him ponder the question, "What if they take away the thing you rely on too much?". In the film, he plays an alternative version of himself, and Jennie Ortega plays his alter ego. The screenplay was created in collaboration with The Weeknd himself, and the film features music from the album "Hurry Up Tomorrow," which debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 with record sales of 490,000 copies.
