Plot

The screenplay is based on a real-life story about a unique rescue operation. A well-known American journalist finds himself at the center of a rescue mission led by the special forces unit GUR and the 3rd Assault Brigade. The mission is to extract an injured married couple from an intersection on occupied territory, where their car came under a fierce enemy assault. But things get more complicated when it’s revealed that there is another life at stake: their 14-year-old daughter, who has been taken hostage.

The journalist quickly transitions from an outside observer to a fully involved participant. The Russians demand to exchange him for the girl. This operation
gains global attention and, with the involvement of U.S. intelligence, turns into a desperate struggle for life. The film will feature many real military personnel and veterans.
