Plot

The film is based on true events related to the invention of the Womanizer — a revolutionary sex toy that changed women's perception of pleasure.

After twenty years of a happy marriage, Fanny finally confesses a huge secret to her husband: she has never experienced an orgasm! Stunned, her husband Thomas — an engineer barely making ends meet — immerses himself completely in an unfamiliar topic: the mysterious world of female pleasure. Fanny tries therapy, group seminars, and even a sex club, while Thomas embarks on his own journey, leveraging his inventive genius to tackle the most challenging problem. Together, somewhat clumsily but with full dedication, they set out to create the perfect sex toy.

What begins as an awkward "do-it-yourself" project quickly transforms into a humorous and touching journey during which they rediscover intimacy, tenderness, and one another, ultimately revolutionizing the women's pleasure industry forever.
