Plot

A new creation by the Oscar-winning director Michel Hazanavicius.
During the times of World War II, a lumberjack and his wife live near the railway tracks where death trains pass every day. One day, the woman finds a baby in the snow - a little Jewish girl. Despite her husband's objections, the heroine decides to take in the child and hide her from the horrors of war. However, this decision puts the family and the foundling in danger.
